Resavoir and Matt Gold have teamed up for the release of a collaborative LP titled Horizon. ‘Canopy’ is the lead single and opener, beginning with bright acoustic chords before opening out into an addictive groove supported by strings and a beautiful lead line courtesy of soprano saxophonist Tim Bennett. Matt Gold and Reservoir trumpeter, composer and producer Will Miller connected over a love for 60s and 70s Brazilian music, with these influences evolving into their current compositional style that places nylon strung guitar at the forefront of their collaboration.
